West Virginia Ethics Commission Announces Deadline for Lobbyists to Register and for Inclusion in 2017 Directory

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Ethics Commission announces that the deadline for lobbyists to register and be included in the 2017 Directory of Registered Lobbyists is December 31, 2016.           

All currently registered lobbyists’ registrations expire on January 9, 2017. Registration forms for the January 1, 2017 - December 31, 2018, registration cycle are now being accepted by the Ethics Commission.           

Lobbyists must complete a Payment Cover Sheet, a Lobbyist Registration Statement, and Employer Representation/Authorization forms for each employer or entity represented.  These forms are available on the Ethics Commission’s website at www.ethics.wv.gov. Registration fees are $100 per lobbyist and $100 per employer represented.
